North Carolina Coalition for a Moratorium Staff

Tarrah Callahan,  Acting Director

Tarrah Callahan joined the NCCM staff in August 2008 and is currently serving as Acting Director for the North Carolina Coalition for a Moratorium.  She is a North Carolina native who relocated to the triangle area after graduating from UNC-Asheville in 2004. 

As a student at UNC-Asheville Tarrah served as co-chair for UNC Asheville Students for a Moratorium and had the privilege of working with Dr. Pamela Laughon on investigation in capital cases, most notably that of recently exonerated Glen Edward Chapman.
